Joseph Cosgrove is an impressive leader who is taking our company to extraordinary new heights. He has steered our organization through unprecedented expansion, diversification and profitability. Under Joseph’s management and guidance, Pentec Health has become an industry leader in providing patient-specific compounded sterile medications for administration in dialysis centers and in-home Specialty Infusion services.

Since joining Pentec Health in 2008, Joseph has overseen significant milestones, including various product launches, patent filings and the physical expansion of our plant and facilities. Additionally, his ability to negotiate and secure an investment by Norwest Equity Partners has assured Pentec Health’s ability to continue forward and capitalize on future growth opportunities.

Joseph possesses more than 20 years of diversified life sciences industry experience. Prior to joining Pentec Health, he served as Vice President and General Manager for several operating units of Cardinal Health, Inc. His early career was distinguished by increasingly responsible executive roles at DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company and Neuman Health Services, Inc. He currently serves as a board member for Pentec Health, Incorporated, Arizona State University and the National Kidney Foundation (NKF). His former board affiliations include the National Home Infusion Association, Aerosol Science Laboratories, Inc. and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Joseph holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.
