Proplete® IPN Therapy

Our Intraperitoneal Parenteral Therapy (IPN) nutritional support therapies are designed to replenish protein losses, which occur during peritoneal dialysis. We provide clear training both for patients and clinical staff, making this type of therapy easy for everyone. Each IPN bag is compounded with the prescribed amount of amino acids in each dialysate bag (made by Baxter/Fresenius). The bag is shipped directly to patients, replacing used dialysate bags. No separate hook up is typically required, so there is no additional risk. Every unit has a dedicated Clinical Case Manager to discuss and help personalize the IPN prescription and our highly trained pharmacy staff is on call 24/7/365 to addresses any questions or concerns.
