Allyson Pannella

Allyson has 36 years of comprehensive nursing experience across the healthcare arena that includes maternal child health, pediatric, neonatal and emergency room nursing. Allyson is a Bachelor’s prepared registered nurse who is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in executive nursing at Chamberlain University.  She gained valuable leadership experience in her role as clinical coordinator for a large inner city level 1 trauma center, additionally as the assistant clinical manager of newborn services.  Valuable experience was gained as assistant clinical educator for pediatrics and emergency department.

She began her career with Pentec as a field nurse in 2011. Inspired by the culture of Pentec Allyson became involved with various initiatives within the department and was promoted to a Regional Manager in 2015. Her role expanded to nurse director in 2019. Allyson is the current nurse director for MA, NH, VT, ME, NY, VA, DC, and NC. She oversees 5 regulatory states and oversees the requirements for licensing and manages and has facilitated many state annual surveys. She is currently supporting the nursing department as project manager for new EMR integration.
