Process Improvement Manager

Cheryl Mann is an MSN-prepared nurse manager with experience across all age groups and all levels of healthcare, from newborns and adults in intensive care to chronic disease management and health promotion for all ages in home health during her 29-year nursing career.  She joined Pentec in 2010, facilitated the initiation of Pentec’s homecare services in Iowa, and has managed multiple states in the Midwest as Pentec’s service area expanded rapidly.

Cheryl is a passionate safety and quality advocate with an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and meeting or exceeding regulatory requirements and customer expectations.  She has 10 years of experience focusing on process improvement and is certified as a professional in both patient safety (CPPS) and healthcare quality (CPHQ).  Cheryl currently serves as the Process Improvement Manager at Pentec Health, sponsors the Quality Outcomes Council, and supports state-level and Joint Commission regulatory surveys.
