Leslie Pickard

Leslie Pickard is a bachelor prepared nurse and has been practicing for thirty six years. Her previous experience includes Critical Care, Home Health and Mother/Baby and many years in leadership positions.

Leslie came to Pentec in 2014 and continued to assist the team there to expand the Texas market. She served as a preceptor and mentor to new nurses in that state.  Her passion for the next generation of nurses led her to become a Clinical Classroom Facilitator where she helped to shape the curriculum that is currently being taught in the Fellowship program to all new nurses at Pentec. She became a Senior RN in 2020 and enjoyed that position for 2 years. Currently, she holds the position as a Nurse Director where she facilitates the care of patients in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming.
