Michelle Hiidel, BSN, MBA, RN, CCM

Michelle Hiidel has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare arena, serving as both as a Licensed Social Worker and Registered Nurse.  She is a bachelor’s prepared Registered Nurse who later obtained her MBA from University of Delaware where she majored in Healthcare Management.

Michelle began her career at Pentec in 2008 as a bedside RN and quickly assumed several leadership positions, ultimately leading to her current role as Vice President of Nursing Services.  Michelle created a Nurse Case Management position in order to provide a well-rounded level of care, she served as the first Regulatory Manager, and has facilitated many successful state and Joint Commission surveys.  She has helped grow Pentec from being active in only a few states to today’s current nationwide reach.  

Michelle takes great pride in the care and services that are provided by the nursing team to the patients and families who choose Pentec Health.  The efforts of the nursing department are supported with consistent patient satisfaction ratings greater than 98%.

In addition to her role at Pentec Health, Michelle is an active member of AONL where she serves on the membership council.
