Charlie Wilson

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Having more than 30 years of experience in health services administration, workforce diversity and inclusion, human resources management and employee engagement enable Charlie Wilson to excel in his role at Pentec Health. Twenty-five of those years were spent with Connecticut’s Yale New Haven Hospital, where he served in a variety of administrative management roles. As the hospital’s first Director of Workforce Diversity, Charlie introduced and managed cutting-edge diversity interventions and support for the hospital’s 6,000+ employees. Additionally, he spent seven years with the Florida Department of Health, as its Human Resource Director for Seminole and Volusia Counties’ Health Departments and as the Assistant Director of the Volusia County Health Department.

For the past nine years as Pentec Health’s Human Resource leader, Charlie has overseen the expansion of our workforce from 60 to over 600 employees without sacrificing employee satisfaction or workplace quality. Under his leadership, Pentec Health has received the following accolades:

Charlie holds a BS in Human Services from Southern New Hampshire University and an EMBA from the University of New Haven.
