Eric Mollman

Eric Mollman, our Chief Financial Officer brings Pentec over 35 years of experience in finance and healthcare. Eric has spent the last 15+ years serving as the Chief Financial Officer of several private equity backed health care services companies with a wide range of client and payor models, always driven to improve the lives of individuals through better approaches to healthcare. In these roles, he worked closely with operations to deliver effective services, organic and acquisition driven growth and financial performance. Prior to joining Pentec, he was Chief Financial Officer of Help at Home, a multi-state, multi-site provider of home care and home health services. There he was responsible for building finance capabilities to support growth and scale and led a team of over 120 professionals in finance and accounting, financial planning and analysis, payroll, and revenue cycle management. He played a lead role in the successful sale of the company in late 2020 and transition to new ownership.

Prior to his roles in healthcare, Eric worked as lead financial officer in multiple early-stage telecom companies. He began his career in banking and investment banking.

Eric holds a BA from Harvard College, with a Major in Economics. He also holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.
