Jeff Baker

Jeff Baker, our Executive Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer, has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, technology, and consulting industries. Jeff’s legal expertise includes corporate law, healthcare, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliance, commercial law, and technology-related transactions.

Prior to joining Pentec Health, Jeff served as the Global Assistant General Counsel at Korn Ferry Hay Group. He then became the general manager of its US products and services business. Before KFHG, Jeff served as the Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Alliances of the Americas Region at IMS Health, where he oversaw all legal, privacy and compliance matters. Earlier in his career, he was the General Counsel and Vice President of Alliances for VerticalNet’s B2B marketplaces.

Jeff holds a BA, JD and MBA from Villanova University. He lives in the Philadelphia area and is involved with various legal associations. He has also lectured on a variety of topics, such as data commercialization, ecommerce strategies and technology licensing.
