Chronic Pain

Chronic Pain

Chronic pain is a major medical condition that can and should be treated. It can be the result of acute pain that persists longer than the expected recovery time from injury, illness or surgery or can occur related to an ongoing cause such as arthritis, cancer or fibromyalgia. In other cases, it can happen for no known reason.
